To access and attempt the premium tests, you must be a registered user who has made the required payment for the premium test. Once payment is received, you will be added to the list of eligible candidates who can attempt the test. Access to the test will be provided by the admin after your registration is confirmed.

2. Test Attempts

Premium users are allowed to attempt the premium test up to 3 times. These attempts must be used within the period specified upon registration. Once the limit of 3 attempts is reached, further access will not be provided without additional payment or clearance from the admin.

3. Payment & Access

Upon receipt of the payment for the premium test, your account will be activated for access to the test. You will receive confirmation via email or on the platform, informing you of your access to the test. Payments must be made in full before access is granted. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Test Availability

We make every effort to ensure that the tests are available for candidates at all times. However, we reserve the right to modify, update, or temporarily disable the tests due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or any unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in advance whenever possible.

5. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

Not attempt to cheat, use unauthorized tools, or engage in dishonest behavior during the test.
Not share, sell, or transfer your access to the test to others.
Abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using the test services.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the tests, with no refund.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all payments for premium tests are non-refundable once the access has been granted. If you experience any issues accessing the test, please contact support immediately to resolve the issue.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can review on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitations of Liability

While we make every effort to provide a seamless and reliable service, we cannot be held liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors in the test delivery. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the premium test, and we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using the test services.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. By continuing to use the service after such changes, you accept the updated Terms of Service.
